I have been a successful consultant for over seven years and my knowledge not only soothes stress for applicants but eases the feeling of uncertainty during the application process. I have worked within the CQC for nine years dealing primarily with applications and constantly striving for improvement. Most notably during my time there I wrote the guidance used for validating applications that defines criteria that had not been documented previously. I have orchestrated numerous large scale projects whereby corporate providers have re-registered/re-structured. I worked closely with the Regulatory Development side of CQC to improve the application forms and ease of use for the applicant while making ongoing recommendations and system improvements where necessities were lacking.
Why do I provide this service?
During my time at CQC I always went above and beyond to assist applicants with the difficulties they faced to undergo the application process to register. I often wished to tell applicants exactly what it is was they needed to do and to remedy the problem albeit that is against regulator mandate. Now I work for myself I can help you using the knowledge that I have.
good care is what we all want
My defining passion for aiding people with this sometimes difficult process is because I believe that everyone should have good care; my mantra when dealing with health care providers is ‘would I be happy if a member of my family or a loved one is using this service?’ The combination of my experience and feelings towards regulation is what has spurred me on to fill the gaps where my knowledge is key but not exploitative.

Being a qualified Legal Secretary OCR Level III specialising in Company Law which I passed with Distinction I have a very good eye for detail and a strong grounding in knowledge of different company structures and requirements.
Previous to my time at CQC I held both administrative and management roles at varying levels and as a qualified trainer I was regional lead trainer for the South West of England at a high street retail chain.
