All client data held is solely used for processing client requirements as RegEssential is contracted to do so and all client information is stored securely in line with GDPR guidelines.
No information held is shared with any 3rd party and is accessed by no other person than the Data Controller, Emma von Buren.
The retention period for data is a maximum of 6 years unless expressed otherwise by the client or RegEssential has deemed the data as not required as part of regular GDPR audits carried out by the Data Controller, Emma von Buren.
All personal information stored is password protected, encrypted and safeguarded with appropriate firewalls.
In the event of a data breach occurring the client will be informed as soon as the data breach has been identified.
